Fund Controller

We are looking for a Fund Controller to join us on a permanent contract. As a part of our Funds Management team, you play a key role in investor reporting, liquidity management and fund accounting.

The ideal candidate is proactive and collaborative, with 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, reporting or similar tasks and eager to learn more about international funds management. A strong desire for continuous learning in the field of fund management, along with enthusiasm for developing related processes, are key factors for success in this role.

The position is based in our Helsinki office.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of net asset value (NAV) calculations and oversight of fund financials

• Management of fund liquidity and capacity, including the preparation of capital call and distribution to investors, as well as investment funding

• Investor reporting

• Contribution to the development of the back- and middle office processes, considering end-to-end data flows and the use of AI tools

• Coordination of external service providers

• Monitoring and reporting on fund performance

What we expect you to have:

• A relevant degree supporting the responsibilities of the role

• Experience or interest in funds management industry

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)

• Systematic and analytic way of working

• Financial skills including a good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and key KPIs

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills as you will work closely with our investors and service providers

• Fluent in English and Finnish
