Senior EPC Manager

We are now looking for a Senior EPC Manager to join our Asset Management Team, who will work on domestic and international wind, solar, and battery investments focusing on investment preparation and construction supervising/management. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who wants to live with Taaleri values and join our high-performing team. The position will be in our offices either in Oulu, Tampere, Helsinki, or Budapest.

Key responsibilities:

• Investment preparations, e.g., supplier discussions, contract negotiations, RFP preparations, CAPEX estimations, etc.

• Supervising/management construction projects

• Consultant management

• Quality assurance and process development

• Lender and other stakeholder reporting

Key skills to success:

• Suitable educational background in engineering

• Experience from project management, preferably in renewable energy and especially battery storage related knowledge is a benefit

• Can form a big picture and deal with uncertainty in projects

• Good communication skills

• Can work independently and make decisions

• Fluent in English
