Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and ambitious individual with a strong academic record and the ability to approach complex problems in a structured and thoughtful way. As part of our divestment team, you will contribute to transaction execution, exit strategy development and value creation across a portfolio of renewable energy investments. The position can be based in either our Helsinki or Budapest office.

Your key responsibilities will include, among others:

• Building, reviewing and maintaining financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.

• Supporting transaction and sale processes, including planning, due diligence and process coordination.

• Analysing market conditions, exit alternatives and value-creation opportunities.

• Preparing presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinating with internal teams, external advisers and other transaction stakeholders throughout divestment processes.

• Supporting transaction documentation, negotiations, signing and deal execution.

• Contributing to portfolio valuations, fund-performance analysis and investor reporting.

• Improving tools, processes and ways of working across the divestment team.
  

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• A relevant university degree, for example in finance, economics, business or engineering.

• Relevant experience gained through internships, university projects or work in areas such as finance, M&A, private equity, consulting or renewable energy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in financial modelling and valuation.

• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and functions.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly in English, both in writing and through presentations.

• Comfort using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude as part of a modern analytical toolkit.

• A collaborative mindset, high integrity and a genuine interest in renewable energy and the energy transition.

• Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
