HR Development Manager
Taaleri is a specialist in investments, private asset management and non-life insurance, powering change with capital. HR Development Manager
This position will strengthen our small HR team and advance the development of our people operations. You will play a key role in driving HR operational excellence, with a focus on learning and development, career development, culture, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems. Together with your colleagues, you will be in a pivotal role in developing and implementing our HR strategy. In this versatile role, you will collaborate closely with both business units and group administration. You will report to the Group CFO.
Your key responsibilities will include, among others:
Learning & Development: Design and execute L&D initiatives, coordinate training activities, and maintain training records
Career development: Support career and succession planning by helping employees identify growth opportunities, facilitating development discussions, and coordinating career‑pathing activities across teams
HR Development: Plan and initiate process improvements, policy development, and change management initiatives together with business leaders
Culture development: Develop and strengthen Taaleri’s unique culture by embedding our values into daily work and leading initiatives that promote belonging and an open, bold, and collaborative culture.
Onboarding & Exit: Further develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes and experiences
HR Systems: Enhance and maintain our HRIS. Create the foundation and models for data-driven HR
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Proven track record in a demanding HR position, ideally with experience in financial services, professional services or growth companies
Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing L&D initiatives
Strong HRIS administration skills and knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Finnish and English
A proactive and collaborative approach, with genuine enthusiasm for developing HR practices and strengthening company culture
Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
