Investor Relations Analyst

Taaleri Energia is a renewable energy fund manager with one of the largest dedicated renewables investment teams in Europe. We develop, construct, operate, and exit wind, solar and battery energy storage assets that drive the global transition to clean energy. Taaleri Energia has EUR 1.2 billion of assets under management.
We are now strengthening the Taaleri Energia team by recruiting an Investor Relations Analyst.
Investor Relations Analyst
The Investor Relations team is responsible for Taaleri Energia fundraising, investor calls and meetings, presentation materials, fund data room documents, due diligence processes, placement agent relationships, marketing, social media, press releases, conferences, and events. The Investor Relations Analyst role involves regular travel to meet with international institutional investors.
The position is a fixed-term parental leave cover and located in Helsinki. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Investor Relations and work in close collaboration with the broader Taaleri Energia team.
What you will be doing:
Fundraising support including investor calls, emails, meetings, roadshows, conferences, and newsletters
Managing the investor relations CRM system and the fund data room
Investor presentations and other materials
Coordination of investor due diligence processes
Attending investor conferences
Market intelligence
Marketing and communications support
What you will need to succeed:
Proven experience in investment banking, investment management, private equity, consulting or equivalent
A degree in economics, business, finance, mathematics, or accounting is preferred
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Systematic and analytic way of working
Financial skills including an understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, investment returns and reporting, and private equity economics and terms
Excellent teamwork and communication skills as you will work closely with our investors, colleagues, placement agents, media outlets, and service providers
Proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
Fluent in English (fluency in another language(s) a plus)
