We are now looking for an enthusiastic, hands‑on ICT Development Manager with the drive to turn business needs into practical IT solutions, joining our small, but dynamic ICT team in Helsinki.

Role Overview and Main Responsibilities:

As an ICT Development Manager, you will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our systems and applications that support our core business operations. You will work closely with the rest of the ICT team to shape our full solution architecture, manage the lifecycle of internal systems and ensure our business technology architecture remains reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.

Collaboration with internal and external partners is an essential aspect of the role. This is an individual contributor role without direct reports, but with broad responsibility and influence across the organization.

The ICT team manages a cloud‑based, SaaS driven modern IT environment. We keep our infrastructure and architecture reliable, while maintaining strong cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. We also value our data and work to enable the business with strong analytics and practical AI capabilities.

What we expect from you:

• Clear vision for how ICT can support and enable business needs in highly regulated environment

• Genuine interest and hands-on experience in developing and owning part of our SaaS‑based ICT environment

• Proven project management experience

• Experience in ICT procurement

• Proactive working style and strong prioritization skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Basic understanding of business process development and cybersecurity

• Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools and their practical use in business

• Fluent proficiency in Finnish and English

• Ability to collaborate with external partners across different time zones
