Trainee, Technical Asset Management

We are seeking a part-time trainee (about 20 hours per week with flexibility) to join our Technical Asset Management Team on a fixed-term basis. The role involves working mainly with domestic wind farms. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who shares Taaleri’s values and eager to contribute to our high-performing team. The position will be based in our Oulu office.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical and operational activities of operational wind farms to ensure high production and technical availability

• Analyze the technical performance of wind turbines

• Cooperate with relevant stakeholders as needed

• Provide high quality reporting and ensure that the documentation is up to date with highest standard

• Other technical asset management tasks

Key skills to success:

• At least second year university student in engineering

• Experience and know-how of energy technology, especially wind is beneficial

• Can-do attitude and capable of working independently

• Good communication skills

• Fluent in English and Finnish
