Finance Manager
- Manage monthly accounting and financial reporting, including preparation of balance sheet specifications and reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly FSA reporting and statutory financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
- Handle VAT, income tax and other statutory tax filings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of finance processes, primarily using NetSuite and Excel
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including business operations and Group Finance
- Other accounting related tasks
- Identify key areas for improvement for your role
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting, financial statements, group consolidation, taxation and key financial metrics, preferably within financial services, private equity, or international business
- Strong accounting know-how with understanding of Finnish Accounting legislation/standards (IFRS experience is considered as a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work comfortably with financial data
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and ability to manage deadlines
- A team player with a proactive and independent working style
- Good communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is considered an advantage
- Fluency in both English and Finnish

We are now recruiting a Finance Manager for a permanent position to support our energetic and international team, which is full of enthusiastic professionals.
As a Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be the accounting and external financial reporting of the entities within Taaleri Energia Group, which is part of Taaleri Group, including the consolidation of the subgroup. Depending on your background and interests, your role can also include controller responsibilities to support both business needs and Taaleri Group level reporting. You will be part of Taaleri’s Group Finance Team, and you will also collaborate closely with Taaleri Energia’s international team.
