Technical Asset Manager
We are looking for a person to join our Asset Management Team, who will manage and oversee the technical and operational aspects of selected international operational assets. Focus will be in wind energy assets, but depending on your experience and interest, you might be working with solar and BESS assets as well.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who shares Taaleri’s values and is eager to contribute to our high-performing team. The position will be based in our office in Finland (Helsinki, Oulu, Tampere), Budapest or Madrid.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of the assets and initiate corrective actions when needed
• Cooperate with and manage the local TCM service providers, other suppliers and consultants
• Identify, initiate and manage actions to improve asset performance
• Manage the technical and operational contracts
• Ensure the assets are compliant with health, safety and ESG requirements
• Ensure the asset documentation is always up to date with highest standard

What we expect from you to have:

• A relevant university level degree supporting the responsibilities of the role
• Experience and knowhow of wind energy technology
• Preferably previous experience in renewable energy asset management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills combined with a can-do attitude
• Basic financial understanding for budgeting and P&L reports analysing
• Fluency in English
