Administrative Coordinator

We are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our agile and visionary team for fixed-term employment until the end of August 2026.
Your Opportunity

The role is a full-time substitute for parental leave, and we hope you can start as soon as possible.
What we are looking for
We’re seeking a proactive individual with a can-do attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A structured and systematic approach to work, coupled with strong time management and prioritization skills, is crucial for success in this role. While not required, a basic understanding of corporate law is considered an advantage. Ideally, you bring at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
The company embraces a hybrid working policy, but to excel in this role, you are expected to primarily work at our Helsinki office.
Your role
Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks to support our team in day-to-day operations. These include managing corporate entities (e.g., registrations and filings), handling Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks, creating and organizing documents, processing digital signatures, arranging travel and expense claims, organizing internal events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
